On May 20, 2012, Petunia will participate in the annual Project Streetwear Fashion Show, a unique fashion show which features garments designed and produced by children aged 7 to 13. This year's event, An Afternoon Tea, will be presented on Sunday, May 20 in the Queen of Angels Church Auditorium. The Runway Show will begin at 2:00 p.m. with light refreshments following the show and awards ceremony. Friends, family and the Sunnyside community are welcome to join us for an afternoon of fashion and tea.

We walked three doors down to visit Jill Callen at the wonderful "Petunia Children's Boutique," at 45-21 Skillman Avenue. Jill was out because she and her husband just had a 9-lb. baby boy! Her mom, Kathy Rautio, is filling in for her temporarily.
